Whether it is establishing the brand or leading a re-brand, I am adept at evaluating the marketplace and identifying differentiators to create a unique voice and brand. For CRI, we’ve blended the expertise of national firms with service delivered by local partners – and CPA concepts translated into layperson terms.

Encompasses researching strategic, broad campaign ideas and narrowing those to specific topics and marketing outputs (e.g., articles, white papers, graphics) that work in tandem to drive engagement.
While digital strategies are key, a CPA firm still relies on referral sources and traditional marketing initiatives to reach some target demographics. I have successfully deployed campaigns integrating industry association events, webinars, PPC campaigns, print advertisements, and webite articles designed to generate SEO.

I am comfortable writing RFPs for needed vendors, evaluating responses and presentations, and choosing or recommending. In my current position, I’m responsible for an outsourced graphic designer, ghostwriting service, website development company, and print shop. I’ve developed shared SmartSheets for project and timeline management with each.

Messaging is marketing’s core, and I am adept at communicating transparently during crisis, precisely for internal stakeholder talking points, and strategically on materials. Marketing translates complex services to our sales team and provides lead generation tools that are usable without being a CPA.

I have successfully executed both SEO and PPC digital strategies comprehensively including developing and researching content/keywords, creating calls to action, and designing and building landing pages.
While creating and managing a marketing department for a firm that has grown 500% in 8 years, I’ve developed processes for producing webinars, transitioning merging firms, launching new services and/or industries, managing onboarding and retiring partners, and addressing local marketing needs.
